Based on the site area, target customer (adults/children), and business model (profit-driven/experience-driven), we will optimize the layout by matching suitable game machine types (such as fighting machines, racing machines, lottery machines, and children's amusement equipment) to improve space utilization and user experience. We can also provide site decoration design suggestions to help you open quickly.

We support a certain degree of customization. Customization options include exterior painting, body size adjustment, gameplay parameter optimization, and adaptation to specific venue voltages (such as 110V/220V).
4. What is the scope and duration of the after-sales warranty for the arcade game machine?
Our game machine come with a warranty of one year or more. During the warranty period, we typically offer free repair and replacement parts. On-site service is also available (range and cost to be confirmed).

We offer 24-hour after-sales service. During working hours (9:00-18:00), we will provide remote guidance for troubleshooting within 1-2 hours. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange on-site service within 48-72 hours.
6.Is the supply of spare parts timely? Can the long-term operation of the equipment be guaranteed?
We have a comprehensive spare parts inventory system. For older models, we can continuously supply spare parts or provide upgrade solutions. This prevents equipment from becoming unusable due to spare parts shortages.

We offer free system security updates, and some models support feature upgrades (please confirm whether this is a paid service). Upgrades can be done remotely online or on-site.
8.Do you provide installation, commissioning, and operation training services?
We offer free on-site installation and commissioning services (for bulk orders; small orders may incur a fee). Commissioning includes equipment wiring, system debugging, and troubleshooting demonstrations. We also provide operational training, covering equipment startup and shutdown, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Training manuals or video tutorials can also be provided.
